Unauthenticated webhook token disclosure via API route
Published Nov 5, 2025 · Updated Nov 5, 2025
Sensitive information exposure in KiotViet Sync 1.8.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to read a configured webhook token. The register_api_route() function in kiotvietsync/includes/public_actions/WebHookAction.php exposes the token through a WordPress API route without requiring authentication. The route yields the token only when webhook integration is configured, limiting the consequence to disclosure of that reusable secret.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
