Service interruption via unbounded JSON resource allocation

Denial of service in GitLab CE/EE allows remote attackers to interrupt service through requests containing malicious JSON payloads. The JSON input validation middleware allocates resources for attacker-controlled payloads without enforcing limits or throttling. Affected releases are 17.10 through 18.4.4, 18.5 through 18.5.2, and 18.6.0; no authentication or user interaction is required.
