Stored XSS via unneutralized social icon URL
Published Mar 18, 2026 · Updated Mar 18, 2026
Stored XSS in Beefree SDK before 3.47.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through a template preview. The email builder stores an unneutralized Social Media icon URL in the template and renders it as active content on the preview page. Execution requires a user to visit the preview, and Beefree's Content Security Policy blocks some payloads, limiting but not eliminating script execution.
