Credential disclosure via unauthenticated FetchStoredLicense call

Information disclosure in Senstar Symphony 8.9.4.0 allows remote attackers to retrieve stored credentials without authentication. The FetchStoredLicense method exposes sensitive stored license information, including credentials, to unauthenticated requests. Network access to an affected Symphony server is sufficient, and the disclosed credentials enable further compromise.
