Role-gated route access via insufficient OAuth scope enforcement

Access bypass in Drupal Simple OAuth (OAuth2) & OpenID Connect 6.0.0 through 6.0.6 allows remote authenticated users to reach role-gated routes. The module applies the token user's Drupal roles during route access checks without sufficiently enforcing the OAuth scopes granted to that token. Exploitation requires an access token tied to a user that already has the route's required role; the bypass expands the token's effective access beyond its granted scopes.
