Unauthenticated SQL injection via XML CDATA Group value
Published Nov 3, 2025 · Updated Nov 3, 2025
SQL injection in Geutebrück G-Cam E-Series firmware 1.12.0.19 allows remote attackers to execute SQL through an unauthenticated CGI request. Param.cgi embeds the Group value, carried inside URL-encoded XML CDATA, into an SQL query without neutralizing a single quote that escapes the intended query. The request requires no authentication, and published testing demonstrates query manipulation on EFD-2130 firmware 1.12.0.19; effects on camera data are undisclosed.
