Stored XSS in Afterlogic Aurora Corporate 9.8.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to run JavaScript when a user views a crafted email. MailSo Base HtmlUtils fails to sanitize event handlers and javascript URLs embedded inside HTML comments before rendering message content. Delivery requires no Aurora account, but exploitation requires a webmail user to view the message; the script runs in that browser context and can read or alter accessible webmail data.
