Memory disclosure via V8 out-of-bounds read
Published Nov 10, 2025 · Updated Nov 10, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in V8 in Google Chrome before 142.0.7444.59 allows remote attackers to read memory via crafted HTML. Google has not disclosed the V8 code locus or the faulty operation that lets page content trigger a read beyond allocated memory. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted page, and the published assessment limits the demonstrated consequence to browser-process information disclosure.
