Memory disclosure via crafted HTML in V8
Published Nov 10, 2025 · Updated Nov 10, 2025
Out-of-bounds memory access in V8 in Google Chrome before 142.0.7444.59 allows remote attackers to read memory via crafted HTML. Google identifies the locus only as V8 and has not disclosed which function mishandles attacker-controlled page content or what erroneous operation occurs. No authentication is required, but a user must load the crafted page; the published assessment limits the demonstrated consequence to memory disclosure.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
