Stored XSS via forged settings update

Cross-site request forgery in SH Contextual Help 3.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject stored scripts via a forged request. The sh_contextual_help_dashboard_widget() function accepts a settings update without valid nonce verification, allowing attacker-controlled script content to be saved. Exploitation requires a site administrator to perform an attacker-induced action, after which the saved script executes in a later privileged browser context.
