TLS trust bypass via concurrent lazy initialization

Race condition in Eclipse Jersey 2.45, 3.0.16, and 3.1.9 allows remote attackers to bypass configured TLS trust restrictions. Concurrent initial HTTPS requests in HttpUrlConnector race during lazy initialization of the default SSL socket factory, causing a request to lose its configured SSL context. Exploitation requires concurrent first HTTPS requests and can cause handshake failure or trust of an insecure server, exposing connection confidentiality and integrity.
