Authenticated internal-service reads and writes via fs_api_request

Server-side request forgery in bPlugins Icon List Block 1.2.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reach internal services. The fs_api_request function accepts an attacker-chosen destination and makes the request from the WordPress host without restricting internal or arbitrary locations. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to query or modify internal services, while the response exposes only valid JSON objects.
