Wishlist manipulation via missing nonce validation
Published Dec 3, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
CSRF in Roxnor ShopEngine 4.8.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter a user's wishlist through a forged request. The post_add_to_list function omits nonce validation, while the Api/init function registers an incorrect permissions callback for the wishlist operation. Successful exploitation requires a site user to follow an attacker-controlled link, after which products can be added to or removed from that user's wishlist.
