CVE-2025-12328Network attack vector

Authenticated SQL injection via unneutralized Name parameter

Published Oct 27, 2025 · Updated Oct 27, 2025

SQL injection in Ashadullah Shawon's RUET-OJ allows remote authenticated users to affect database data through the Name parameter. The contestproblem.php handler fails to neutralize the request value before using it in an SQL command; published sources do not identify the query or function. The affected state is commit 18fa45b0a669fa1098a0b8fc629cf6856369d9a5, and a low-privileged account is sufficient to read, change, or disrupt data handled by the vulnerable query.
