CVE-2025-12317Network attack vector

Retained access via missing token invalidation

Published Aug 6, 2026 · Updated Aug 6, 2026

Improper token revocation in WSO2 Enterprise Integrator 6.6.0 and Identity Server 5.11.0 allows authenticated users to retain access. The internal-role removal path exposed through SOAP services leaves previously issued authentication tokens valid instead of invalidating them. A user must already hold a token and lose an internal role; that token retains the removed privileges until its natural expiration, enabling unauthorized actions and restricted-resource access.
