Authenticated command execution via msp_info_htm concatenation

Command injection in D-Link DI-7001 MINI 19.09.19A1 and 24.04.18B1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The msp_info_htm handler concatenates the flag and cmd parameters into a system() command, and incomplete filtering permits shell metacharacters such as pipes and backticks. A valid web-management session is required; successful requests run attacker-selected commands with the handler's device privileges.
