Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized ID parameter
Published Oct 27, 2025 · Updated Oct 27, 2025
SQL injection in friendprofile.php in Code Projects Nero Social Networking Site 1.0 allows remote attackers to read and alter database data. The handler places the id query parameter directly into a SQL statement without sanitization or validation, enabling boolean-, error-, time-, and UNION-based injection. No login or authorization is required, and successful queries expose database contents to unauthorized reading, modification, or deletion.
