Authenticated database disclosure via profile-field SQL injection
Published Oct 27, 2025 · Updated Oct 27, 2025
SQL injection in Bdtask Wholesale Inventory Control and Inventory Management System 20251013 allows remote authenticated users to read database data. The edit-profile handler directly concatenates first_name and last_name POST values into an SQL UPDATE query and returns MySQL errors containing nested-query output. Administrator-panel access is required; crafted EXTRACTVALUE expressions disclose database contents through error messages and can alter or delete data within the database account's privileges.
