Unauthorized controller access via unchanged initial passwords

Missing initial-password enforcement in Azure Access Technology BLU-IC2 and BLU-IC4 through 1.19.5 allows remote attackers to access controllers. The onboarding workflow leaves the initial account password valid instead of forcing its replacement at first use. Exploitation requires network reachability and knowledge of the unchanged initial credentials; access is limited to the initial account's permissions.
