Authenticated assignment-file disclosure via user-controlled task identifiers
Published Oct 27, 2025 · Updated Oct 27, 2025
Resource injection in LearnHouse 98dfad76aad70711a8113f6c1fdabfccf10509ca allows remote authenticated users to read other students' assignment files. The Student Assignment Submission Handler uses attacker-controlled assignment_id and task_id path values to select sub_file resources without verifying ownership. A student-level session reaches the endpoint, and the documented consequence is limited to disclosure of assignment files.
