Authenticated database disclosure and modification via unescaped crit_id
Published Oct 27, 2025 · Updated Oct 27, 2025
SQL injection in edit_criteria.php in Code Projects Online Event Judging System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to access the database. The handler incorporates the POST crit_id value directly into a SQL statement without validation or parameter binding. A valid application session is required; the demonstrated time-based blind payload reads database information, while injected statements alter stored data.
