Database access via unsanitized username query
Published Oct 27, 2025 · Updated Oct 27, 2025
SQL injection in Code Projects Automated Voting System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter application database data. The /admin/user.php handler places the multipart username parameter directly into a SQL query without sanitization or parameter binding, enabling time-based blind injection. An authenticated admin session and access to the user-management endpoint are required; resulting access is bounded by the application's database account.
