Authenticated code execution via oversized shareSpeed parameter
Published Oct 27, 2025 · Updated Oct 27, 2025
Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AC6 15.03.06.50 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via the WifiGuestSet handler. The /goform/WifiGuestSet handler accepts an oversized shareSpeed query value without enforcing the destination stack buffer's length. Low-privileged access to the router's HTTP interface is required; successful exploitation can execute code or crash the device.
