Authenticated attachment modification via missing capability check

Improper access control in Qode Interactive Qi Blocks 1.4.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to resize others' attachments. The resize_image_callback() handler processes a requested attachment without checking whether the caller has permission to modify that specific media item. Contributor-level access or higher is required; repeated resizing writes image files and consumes disk space and image-processing resources.
