Authenticated CSS injection via unguarded styles endpoint

Missing authorization in Qode Interactive Qi Blocks 1.4.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject arbitrary CSS. The update_global_styles_callback() handler accepts styles from the qi-blocks/v1/update-styles REST endpoint and stores them without an authorization check or CSS sanitization. Contributor-level access is sufficient to alter site presentation, enabling hidden content, deceptive interface overlays, and CSS-based data disclosure.
