Unauthenticated post deletion via hardcoded cron key

Authorization bypass in Download Manager 3.3.30 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete expired posts and clear cached data. The deleteExpired() and clearTempDataCPCron() functions use a hardcoded cron key to authorize requests, allowing the same fixed value to trigger both maintenance jobs. No authentication or user interaction is required; the reported impact is limited to removing already-expired posts and clearing cached data.
