Subscriber-level trigger deletion via missing capability check
Published Nov 21, 2025 · Updated Nov 21, 2025
Missing authorization in ELEX HelpDesk & Customer Ticketing System 3.3.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete scheduled triggers. The wp_ajax_eh_crm_settings_empty_scheduled_actions AJAX handler clears the scheduled-triggers option without verifying the caller has the required WordPress capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and exploitation removes configured helpdesk automation triggers without granting broader data access or code execution.
