Memory disclosure via expired option-copy pointer

Expired pointer dereference in MongoDB C and PHP Drivers allows local users to read process memory by passing large bulk-write options. The mongoc_bulk_operation_t option-copy path mishandles allocation while copying a large BSON options document and later dereferences an expired pointer. Reachability requires local code to supply oversized options; the read exposes memory in the hosting application and can also interrupt it.
