Persistent offline access via missing scope recheck

Insufficient session expiration in Red Hat build of Keycloak before 26.2.11 allows remote authenticated users to retain offline access. TokenManager.validateToken accepts an offline refresh token without rechecking whether the client still has the offline_access scope. A user must already hold an offline refresh token; removing the scope alone does not end the session, so access tokens remain renewable.
