Remote application crash via duplicate queue finalization

Use-after-free in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10's libsoup3 allows remote attackers to crash applications via crafted HTTP/2 traffic. The run_until_read_done() path can finish an already-finished queue item, so later code accesses memory released by the first finalization. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful triggering interrupts only the application that uses the vulnerable library.
