Authenticated cluster-wide pod disclosure via overbroad RBAC

Incorrect privilege assignment in TrustyAI for Red Hat OpenShift AI allows remote authenticated users to list pods across the cluster. The operator creates trustyai-service-operator-lmeval-user-role and binds it to system:authenticated through trustyai-service-operator-default-lmeval-user-rolebinding, granting get, list, and watch access to pods in every namespace plus access to persistent volume claims and LM-Eval jobs. Any cluster user or service account can therefore inventory workloads and related storage metadata beyond its intended namespace, with no reported write or service-interruption capability.
