Published Nov 1, 2025 · Updated Nov 1, 2025
Stored XSS in Social URL fields in eMarket Design Employee Spotlight 5.1.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts. The plugin stores contributor-supplied Social URL values without sufficient sanitization and renders them into employee pages without context-appropriate output escaping. Contributor-level access or higher is required to plant a payload, which executes in the browser of anyone who opens the affected page.
