Anonymous disclosure via unchecked reference card rendering
Published Oct 29, 2025 · Updated Oct 29, 2025
Incorrect authorization in Drupal CivicTheme Design System before 1.12.0 allows remote attackers to read restricted node metadata via reference cards. Manual lists and blocks render cards for unpublished or archived Page and Event nodes without enforcing the referenced entity's view access. Anonymous access is sufficient under standard reference configurations, exposing titles, thumbnails, and tags but not the referenced node itself.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
