Unauthenticated restricted-post disclosure via modal lookup
Published Feb 18, 2026 · Updated Feb 18, 2026
Information exposure in PostmagThemes Context Blog 1.2.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to read restricted posts without authentication. The context_blog_modal_popup AJAX callback returns attacker-selected post content without enforcing password, publication-status, or privacy restrictions. An unauthenticated HTTP request is sufficient; disclosure is limited to password-protected, private, or draft post content.
