Unauthenticated RCE via unvalidated AJAX file copy

Arbitrary file upload in WavePlayer before 3.8.0 allows remote attackers to execute server-side code through an unauthenticated AJAX action. The create_local_copy action accepts an attacker-controlled URL, fetches its contents, and stores the result in a web-accessible uploads path without validating the file type. No account is required because a usable nonce is exposed on public pages; placing a PHP payload in the returned path grants code execution in the web server context.
