Stored XSS in Ryan Petersen Simple Banner 3.0.10 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via an activation code. The plugin stores the pro_version_activation_code setting without sufficient sanitization and later emits it into a page without output escaping. Administrator-level access is required, and exposure is limited to multisite installations or sites where unfiltered_html is disabled; injected script runs when the affected page is viewed.
