CVE-2025-12010Network attack vector

Authenticated user-data disclosure via unsafe method dispatch

Published Nov 11, 2025 · Updated Nov 11, 2025

Information disclosure in WPKube Authors List 2.0.6.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive user data via a shortcode. The Authors_List_Shortcode class resolves an attacker-selected dynamic shortcode token as a method name and calls get_meta outside its intended use. Contributor-level access is sufficient to expose password hashes, email addresses, usernames, and activation keys; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
