Missing authorization in NooTheme Realty Portal 0.1 through 0.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to gain Administrator access. The rp_save_property_settings function writes arbitrary WordPress options from Subscriber-level AJAX requests without a capability check. Subscriber access is sufficient to enable registration, set the default registration role to Administrator, and create a new administrative account.
