Account takeover via cross-account WebAuthn session state

Authentication bypass in GitLab CE/EE allows remote authenticated users with a victim password to bypass WebAuthn two-factor authentication. The sign-in flow retains a pending second-factor session from one account and accepts another account's password without rebinding the WebAuthn challenge to that account. Exploitation requires an attacker-controlled WebAuthn-enabled account, an unfinished challenge in the same browser session, and the victim's valid password; success grants access as the victim without the victim's security key.
