Continued stream access via noninvalidated ActionCable tokens

Insufficient session expiration in GitLab allows remote authenticated users with affected releases to retain ActionCable stream access. ActionCable authenticates a Personal Access Token when a long-lived connection opens but does not invalidate that connection after the token is revoked. Exploitation requires a valid PAT and an established stream before revocation; affected versions are 16.11 through 17.6.4, 17.7 through 17.7.3, and 17.8 through 17.8.1, and continued streaming exposes results after access should have ended.
