Authenticated server crash via stale query-planner pointers

Use-after-free in MongoDB Server 7.0 before 7.0.25, 8.0 before 8.0.14, and 8.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash mongod. QueryPlannerParams retains pointers to IndexCatalogEntry-owned state that becomes invalid when the catalog entry is refreshed or destroyed during a yielded query. Exploitation requires authorization and concurrent DDL and query activity; the established consequence is service interruption through process termination.
