Sync-rule modification via missing nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in Proper Fraction FuseWP 1.1.23.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to add or edit sync rules. The save_changes function accepts state-changing requests without correctly validating a WordPress nonce, so a forged request executes with the administrator's active session. Exploitation requires a remote attacker to induce a logged-in site administrator to open a crafted link or page; the resulting change is limited to FuseWP sync-rule integrity.
