Unauthenticated file disclosure via final-segment hidden check

Information disclosure in Eclipse Vert.x Web 4.0.0 through 4.5.21 and 5.0.0 through 5.0.4 allows remote attackers to read hidden files. StaticHandler checks only the requested file's final path segment for a leading dot, so a normal filename beneath a dot-prefixed directory is served. The application must expose StaticHandler with setIncludeHidden(false) and place sensitive files under its served root; disclosure is limited to paths whose names attackers can request.
