Pre-authentication code execution via configuration template injection

Code injection in ChurchCRM 5.18.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands through the unauthenticated setup wizard. The setup route substitutes DB_PASSWORD, ROOT_PATH, and URL values directly into a PHP template and writes the result to executable Include/Config.php. Fresh installations are exposed only while setup remains available, but successful injection runs as the web server account on later page loads.
