Code execution via DOE parser stack overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in Arena Simulation 16.20.10 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code via a malicious DOE file. The DOE-file parser writes attacker-controlled data beyond a stack buffer, corrupting adjacent process memory. Execution requires a user to open the crafted file; no network-reachable trigger is reported.
