Authenticated SQL injection via unvalidated cid parameter
Published Oct 17, 2025 · Updated Feb 24, 2026
SQL injection in ChanCMS 3.3.0 through 3.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter database data via a crafted cid parameter. The /cms/article/findField handler passes cid into a database query without validation, allowing injected MySQL expressions such as a time-delay subquery. A valid administrator token is required; the published proof demonstrates blind time-based query execution, not operating-system command execution.
