Authenticated option disclosure via unchecked REST callback

Improper authorization in EDGE22 Studios Ltd. GenerateBlocks 2.1.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read WordPress options. The get_option_rest REST callback accepts an option name and returns its WordPress value without checking whether the caller can manage options. Contributor access is sufficient, exposing stored SMTP credentials, API keys, and other plugin settings without changing data.
