Missing authorization in Solwin Infotech User Activity Log 2.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter site options via failed logins. The ual_shook_wp_login_failed handler passes failed usernames to update_option() without a capability check, changing selected zero-valued options to nonzero values. No account is required; attackers can reopen registration or corrupt wp_user_roles and block wp-admin access.
