Account manipulation via unenforced API authorization
Published Nov 11, 2025 · Updated Nov 11, 2025
Incorrect authorization in Rockwell Automation Verve Asset Manager 1.33 through 1.41.3 allows remote authenticated users to alter API users. The API does not enforce the read-only role when handling user-management requests, permitting account records to be read, updated, or deleted. A valid read-only account is required; successful requests expose account data and can change or remove users, interrupting their access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
