Unauthorized renewal charges via unchecked payment processing

Missing authorization in Cozmoslabs Paid Member Subscriptions 2.16.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger stored auto-renew charges. PMS_AJAX_Checkout_Handler::process_payment() accepts arbitrary member payment requests without capability or member validation. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests can impose renewal charges on other members' stored payment methods.
